I had purchased tickets from Kansas City to Lubbock in October for a family wedding. When the dates had to change, I needed to cancel one ticket since my husband will be in Germany or Afghanistan and change the remaining three tickets. Today I called Travelocity and I did get the one canceled but did not get the others changed. The first customer service rep changed the tickets but something was not right and he would have to transfer me to someone else, so I was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got the second rep, I found out that the first rep did not change the tickets. The second person can change the tickets but now it will cost me more because I am calling to change my tickets than go online. I tried to explain that I couldn't change them online because the site would not let me. The response was it is $80 more per person along the the change fees of $180 per person. I told the rep to forget it and I hung up. I have no problems paying the change fees but I will not pay more money for the tickets that are the same price as the ones I originally bought. I will be purchasing tickets from another source and will no longer use Travelocity.
