Green tree bank took over my mortgage from bank of america in Nov. 2011. I have owned 5 homes and never once been late. Since Nov. They call me at work at home harassing me if they do not get their payment by the first of the month. My contract gives me to the 15 of each month. They threaten me with collection agencies and I AM NEVER LATE. You never get the same person twice and one department has no idea what the other one does. They are super unorganized, unprofessionsl and have no idea what they are doing.
I have beagn to log names and times and plan to write their president and harass him the way they harass me.
