2nd Mortgage Nightmare

I used to have a second mortgage with Ditech which was never a problem but it has become a nightmare since it was taken over by Green Tree, about a year ago. I never received correct information of the transfer until after a month it occured for which I complaint. According to their records I have been a month behind on my payments ever since. I no longer have a home phone number so now they have started to harass me at work.

I received a message from them yesterday 5/4 urgently requesting my belated payment that was due on 5/1. When I call to complain and tried to fix the problem they stated that my loan was on collection and proceeded to chew me up and demand payment. Not to mention they already tried to add make me buty their home insurance and jack up my monthly even though I already have insurance. I cant stand doing busines with them and I know they are just hurting me.
