Over Charging

On 2/11 I made concerns for for 1 nite on 2/11. After I bookes it it will reservation for 2/12. I instantly named them to truly have the modification created about the day of reservation. They mentioned the day change was created which I'd not be billed twice. After I got home from my journey. They'd chrged my banking account twice. After I named the red roof resort I had been informed by them that I'd need to contact the resort to possess it looked after. After I named Them-They explained the supervisor would need to consider it. Personally I think I'm obtaining the run-around and certainly will not obtain a reimbursement about the additional evening billed despite the fact that I ended it. I'll never remain at another red roof inn. I often remain at Bestwestern but desired to get one of these unique resort. I'll not do this again. Avoid Red Roof Inn they're a jagged.
