Staying 2 nights and according to your policy you have to take my credit card and charge me a 20 dollar fee per night for incidentals? AND if I don't give you my card I pay you $100 dollars cash??? Why the hell do I have to give my card for something MY COMPANY is paying for. For me. That makes absolutely no sense.

Get your fax machine or your employees trained on how to get a fax because I don't know how many times I come there and get told every time by the same girl at the desk that my authorization from my company has not gone through. THIS ALWAYS happens and my travel company tells me they sent the paper work over. This happens to other co workers as well.

This has never happened at any other hotel i have been to.
