Courtyard complaint

I have to go to this Courtyard Marriot in Richmond, Virginia once a month. My company never changes it and I am so fed up with it. I have never had hotel experiences before like this. MY first complaint is the fact that if you do not give them a credit card (20 bucks a day) for incidentals you have to pay them 100 dollars cash. I only stay 2 nights and with simple math that is 40 dollars. MY COMPANY IS PAYING FOR THE ROOM why do you need my damn card??? I never had this problem at any other hotel ever in my life. MY next complaint is the fact that every time I have gone to this hotel they never receive my "Company's Authorization" so they basically expect me to give them my credit card for a room that should already be taken care of. This is not my travel agent's fault I have called her on all occasions and she gets frustrated to because she has faxed the paper work. Seriously if your company or even you plan to make you stay here. DON'T get the hotel across the street or go stay at the Sierra.
