Contacted Expedia to make hotel reservation for business. Their call center employees have a very poor grasp of the English language. I didn't understand that I was making a non-refundable reservation until after I received my confirmation. Called to complain was disconnected, they couldn't call me back because they had my ph number wrong. Was on hold for 25 minutes waiting for a supervisor. Never again Expedia
