Tricky practice

They'll let you know just once you guide the reservation that it's not refundable. While attempted to work well with them, they stated they are able to alter the reservation to some smaller stay. The things they truly did was to GUIDE another reservation simply to stop it again with no reimbursement. The supervisor and repetition were really rude to speak with.
