Terrible customer service

I had a need to go visit my boy in university. I arranged the area on Super 8 site however it sent me to hotelsone.com. Somehow when appear, the repetition informs me my reservation is for another day which I really could stop the reservation. 8 weeks afterwards, 8 emails and 50 units about the telephone simply to get my reimbursement. The unfortunate element may be the hotel is rather fresh which is just a bad representation of the resort.
