Cancellation is impossible

This can be the only real flight in teh globe that'll not permit you to alter or stop a reservation online. The telephone required over one hour for connecting having a person to stop a reservation. Our mom got ill and was hospitalized. She was planned in the future visit and so I attempted to stop her reservation online - there's no choice to do this. I named and after an hour or so I had been informed they couldn't stop when I wasn't the tourist. (Touch - state to become the tourist) I'd all her data, her charge card info used-to create the reservation, her handles, day of delivery, all protection requirements coated because it is my mom. I described the problem and requested to stop. They declined to assist, didn't provide any recommendations or accommodations and ostensibly were hell-bent on maintaining the cash - without any credit problem. They stated they might not stop due to privacy problems. I told them I had been not requesting any private information and provided all data required to guide the trip. No use - upper-level administrators had exactly the same - oh well perspective with main perspective towards the cvustomer. PS - no regret or well-wishes due to their hospitalized traveler / ex-client...
