Unwanted travel insurance

It's been several years since I last booked a flight via Orbitz. Seconds after my flight information was confirmed, I remembered WHY I had stopped using Orbitz. They tack on unwanted flight insurance. It was reasonably easy to cancel, but I had to waste a certain amount of time figuring out how to do so, and then to make an international calls at my expense. Moral of the story: If the deal offered by Orbitz insn't a LOT better than other offers, avoid Orbitz. If the deal is too good to resist, be prepared to invest some time cancelling the travel insurance, assuming you don't want it. (And you probably won't want if after reading what consumers are saying on the internet).
