FRAUD/Hidden Fees

I arranged a visit for my boy and taken care of it over this past year... I recently logged-on to cover extra "starting costs" and discovered the journey I'd paid for have been transformed - WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. Our boy has become happening a smaller journey with various starting times for that same cost... THIS REALLY IS THEFT! I approached the organization and after being about the telephone with many people for just two times I had been informed - there is nothing they might do, they didn't understand why the costs were exactly the same, to ostensibly it's not their issue. I had been recommended to create a notice

It was REALLY annoying! I'll make certain and TELL-ALL my buddies about my encounter with EF Trips.
