1 visit was terminated by tour agent

2 visit firm declined to reimbursement airplane solution, visit deposit & insurance premium

3 didn't supply bill upon demand

4 Co. Operator recommended customer to document a deceptive insurance state for complete reimbursement

5 I approached them via telephone 11 times just before starting to see them I'd not obtained verification of journey or routes, they delivered mean email notice of termination

6 Tour corp. Agreed to issue a credit w/German flight less $200 fee for rescheduling, but credit can be used w/in 1 year of day of purchase, and reimbursement $385 deposit & insurance

I didnot stop the visit they did, I bought the solution through them-and I'm creating a state in order for them to pay me the $1,000 I invested for that solution plus $385. I'venot noticed back from their store however or obtained my income. Awful conpany!
