A & Y Visit Vacation Co., Ltd. Employed AirAsia for just two battles we required. Huge mistake.

A & Y Visit Journey produced area of the issue and AirAsia employed A & Y Visit Vacation mistake to revenue.

Upon booking Via A & Y Visit Journey they suggested the trip and all costs have been compensated. Not the case. Nevertheless looking to get reimbursement From The & Y Visit Vacation Co., Ltd.

1st trip A & Y Visit Vacation didn't prepay any luggage. Hence we got struck using the regular carrier costs at their smallest carrier dimension which permitted AirAsia to cost people for overweight bags. We asserted to no avail. General Preliminary Carrier costs was about $60 and overweight costs found $270. We were under-weight on Delta Airlines with this luggage, but 24 kilo over on AirAsia. 24 Kilo occasions 350 baht found $270. Exactly what a fraud. We agreed to spend upsize our bags to prevent the overweight costs. They stated that was against plan. That's NOT plan but that's their fraud.

2nd trip A & Y Visit Vacation Co., Ltd. Did prepay 20 kilo per carrier (4 bags). That made us still over. Cheers A & Y Visit Vacation Co., Ltd. For the mistake. Again they'd not let's upsize our bags so that they transformed us $80 in overweight costs.

Our tips: Do Not actually employ AirAsia but when you have to create your personal concerns and prepay to get a bigger (heavier) the bags you then be prepared to examine in. I'm certain AirAsia will discover grounds to ask you for more somehow.

One more thing about AirAsia, do not assume the battles to abandon promptly, actually. Meaning they'll be overdue landing, usually?

I would recommend Thai Airways. We've flown them many times and also have NEVER had an issue.
