Do Not Use This Site - Hotel Reservations

I recently tried to book a "secret hotel" with this site. What a joke! 3 times I went through the entire booking process and 3 times I got the message "unable to process request." What a nightmare! The fourth time I got "hotel is booked!" Then the next day I tried to use my debit card to buy a $3 loaf of bread and it was declined. I called the bank and they told me I had 3 pending and questionable charges on my account from travelocity so they froze my account. Funny thing is, I was never able to book a hotel!!! Then, I call travelocity and they tell me the money will be back in my account in 24-48 hours! Basically they stole $580 from me and put it in an offshore bank account to gain interest for 2-3 days for nothing. Not a single service or product. This is stealing! I will never use this site again and will make sure I tell as many people as possible that this site is bogus! Do not use travelocity! Funny thing is, this will probably never be seen by a single soul outside of travelocity.
