In September of we went on a tour to fairfield resorts and decided to purchase the discovery package.
With the understanding that we had 14 days to change our mind.

Before the 14 day deadline, we called and canceled. We were told to submit all paper work that we received and a handwritten letter on canceling and our money 190.00 would be credited back to our credit card.

After several attempts and many phone calls to them nothing have been done on their part as of today. Feb. 6,04. Do not get involved in this company for we know that you can't receive your money back, if you decide to cancle... Even before the deadline
