Incorrect Booking Information

I booked this hotel April 6 for 3 adults and 1 child age 8. The hotel includes free tickets for up to 4 on the reservation at the onsite water park. I did not receive the reservation confirmation. I had to call 4 times and was disconnected twice. I contacted the reservation again department today April 7 and was able to get the reservation emailed to me, it was incorrect. It listed 2 adults and 0 child. They now tell me that there would be $33.90 additonal charges each for the 3rd adult and 1 child.
