I was given a confirmation number by booking.com and when i called the hotel to check on the reservation, i was told that they had no record of the reservation. The hotel checked under the booking number and my name and still had no record. The reservation was made on 7/28, and i called to check on it on 8/19. It is listed that the reservation cannot be cancelled free of charge. I then made the reservation through the hotel directly.
The only reason that i made the reservation through booking.com is because when i clicked on the link for the hotel it automatically brought up the booking.com website.
The date of the reservation is 08/21 - 8/23. They have my credit card information.
I do not want to be charged twice for this room.
