Bought a ticket for a one way trip from London, KY to Grand Rapids, MI on June 1st for a trip leaving London, KY at 8:05 A.M. On June 2nd.

The bus never arrived. Called Customer Service and they said it was running late and they could not tell me when it would arrive.

After two hours, I drove to the nearest Greyhound Station (Lexington, KY). What a mess. Both restrooms had out of order signs posted. Passengers sleeping on the floors. Agent said the bus I was waiting for was "late" and to continue on my trip I would have to wait for the next bus at 11PM that evening. It was 11:30 A.M. And he is giving me a 12 hour later bus? This bus was not late, it never came. I asked for a refund and the agent said he could not do anything for me.

I bought this ticket for a scheduled bus run that never happened. This is fraud. I am planning on using small claims court to remedy this situation. The Customer Service person on the phone was not English speaking, and could offer no solution, only repeated that the bus was "LATE"
