All You Can Jet pitfalls

I've had a mixed experience with this Pass and unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. Dealing with JetBlue gives new meaning to "buyer beware". Some of the terms and conditions of their AYCJ Pass have been worded in such a way that the consumer is duped. Most glaring is their wording for making Changes/Cancellations. They first state that changes/cancellations made within 3 days of departure incur a $50 fee. Ok fine. Aha, a few statements down they say that all flights require a 3 day advance purchase, including changes. So when I needed to make a change 2 days before my flight, I was denied based on the interpretation of the last statement. It is a very unfair bit of doublespeak, and as a result I will miss connections to a wedding.
JetBlue has earned an eternal thumbs down from me for misleading the consumer. Here are their own words. Decide for yourself: Changes/Cancellations

Changes/Cancellations within three days of departure flight: $50 fee

All flights require a three-day advance purchase, including changed flights."
