JetBlue has no heart. My husband and elderly mother booked a flight to see our son/grandson before he was deployed. His deployment was moved up one day and when I requested to move the flight up one day, we were told it would cost us $855 to change the one-way flight. No ifs, ands, or buts. They could care less about our situation and we were unable to say goodbye to our son.
