Priceline BedBugs at Hotel refused refund any money for leaving

Booked room thru Priceline 10/13 thru 10/17 around 9pm checked into room around 11pm 10/13. Priceline charged $212 online but at hotel billed $163. For same stay. Toliet leaked at base floor and rug wet. We put a trash can under the toliet to catch the water leaked enough that it had to be dumped twice a day. Water in toliet was hot water also. 10/15 middle of night woke up with bites. Left 10/16 around 7am. When we got home from vacation I tried to get a refund for price difference from Priceline it was denied said I had to request refund prior to check in!!! When I asked for a refund of the night I did not stay because of bedbugs and unsanitary conditions at least, Priceline again denied. Made same request to Super 8 on a coporate level and local and was denied any refund of any type. I have pictures of bites on legs and arms can not show all of the bites!
