The excuse they give him were that the airplane was over loaded, that he had to pick up the bags at toronto and transfer them to taca, and the last one that it was air canada faute that they were not on time and he was more than 3 hours prior to his departure in the airport fanny hu, how big companys have the righ to make any excuse.
