Grupo Taca
Didn't honor their Miami Attorney's Contract Agreement

Miscellaneous

My father was the Miami attorney representing Grupo Taca Airlines since 1976 until the day he passed away in 2004. His retirement was not recognized and his wife who is now 80 years old has been denied her benefits. The General Manager of the Airlines signed the agreement in 1976 and when questioned about it in 2008 he stated, "Taca grew up".

The general public is defenseless against multinational corporations that "grow up" into a bohemoth corporation.

A formal letter was written respectfully requesting that they honor his their agreement and all they could say in response after the Vice President in El Salvador and General Manager in Miami reviewed the case is that it was not authorized. B.S.!

Reminds me of a quote from U.S. President Lincoln:

I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. Corporations have been enthroned, an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money-power of the country will endeavor to prolong it's reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until the wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed. - Abraham Lincoln
