AVOID like the plague... Took money off my card straight away, a couple of pounds more than quoted, they said it was exchange rate difference. Two days later then sent me email to say could not honar hotel, was fully booked. I called hotel had lots of rooms left, they said there allocation had been taken up, Even though when booking it stated had the vacancy. Was a good price about £200.00 cheaper then anywhere else... Can see why now... It took 10 days for the money to go back onto my account.in this time all the offers that were on with other companies had then gone up in price. Lost out another £12.00 with exchange difference with money going back into my account. So in the end I had to pay full price for the hotel... Which in total this company cost me an extra |£420.00. Do not use them, promise the world deliver nothing... Costs you loads... You might say choose a different hotel, but when you have been there before and you like it, why should you change hotel, for some scam of a company.
