Excellent for us

Needed hotel in Quebec City in lower old town. Decided on Le St. Pierre based on price, TripAdvisor and other sources. Hotel website said no availability on the dates we wanted. Otel.com showed availability on our desired dates. Took a gamble. Called hotel about 6 days after receiving Otel.com confirmation. Hotel confirmed prepaid reservation. Upon checking in, we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost! Great hotel, by the way.
