Terrible service at best

I have called several times and after about two weeks I finally got a call back explained the situation which is I moved from New Hampshire to Florida. The pick up was on 5-1. When the moving van arrived I told the driver that the van was not big enough! However after moving in the military for 22 and a half years I pretty much new that the household goods would not fit. They assured me they would. After a trying day of them loading the van I left for a short period of time. Upon my return they asked me to come to the back of the van to show me they had no more room for the rest of my lawn furniture and that other arrangements would have to be made. It has been over 2 weeks and no other arrangements have been made nor have they contacted me to keep me informed. There was no problem weighing the van and charging me immediately for the over weight, which I had to pay on the spot or my furniture would not move. I have called the company several times and finally today I

Received a call back from scheduling and I explained the situation. The lady was very polite and told me she would check into the situation and call me back within a short period of time! This was around 9:30 - 10:00 am and it is now 6:47 pm and have not heard a word! The folks who moved me are not professionals and I paid a lot of money to have a lot of damage to my furniture! In fact I can say the most damage I ever had. These people are great selling there services but are terrible in making sure the household goods are packed carefully so they won't be damaged! Would I recommend this company NO!!!
