Ripoff a terrible company to deal with

National mOving Network is a terrible company to deal with, especially Kay Ann Marshall. She is a terrible woman to deal with.

Our moved from Baltimore to Orlando started off with Eddie who misquoted our price. We described the house to him and he didn't ask any specific questions on how many items. When the movers came, 5 hours late, they said they would have to come back because we had too much stuff. They came back a second day and loaded the rest of the stuff. They also nickel and dimed us on packaging, charging for all kinds of items we were not informed of beforehand.

We were told our items would arrive on Tuesday so we planned on arriving on Monday. We only packed essentials for about 5 days. On MOnday, we were told our stuff wasn't coming until Thursday. This became Saturday which finally became the next Tuesday. We expressed our concerns to Kaye ann who was most ignorant and inhuman. She made no attempts to help us. She told us to call the other moving company involved who inturn told us to call her back. We kept getting the runaround and were simply told that we were lied to and no attempts were made to remedy the situation. Customer service from both ends was most frustrating and pretty much non-existent. When I informed her that I was contacting the BBB, she just laughed and told me to got right ahead.

We were called the night before and given the price. When the truck arrived, the man said a price $1000 higher. We did have this straightened out right away. The majority of our big furniture is damaged.

The man who delivered our items actually said that he was not going to charge us a tip. Tip are for good service, they are not for broken and damaged items and misquoted time frames.

I would not recommed this company to anyone.
