Hired company to move household items from central Utah to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. They moved our items a total of 5 times, tore almost everything up, furniture moved and stacked upside down, charged $400 for space above 4 wheeler yet saw items packed to ceiling on top of it. No help to unload for over 1 1/2 hours. Driver demanded another $1,000 as soon as he rounded the front of his truck. Said we were 2 feet over the 100 feet allowed. All furniture had some damage. I spent over $15 on pictures documenting the damage and claim denied. Driver also made us sign the form to say furniture arrived safe yet we saw nothing yet. He said that is how its done and if he left with our items we then have to pay storage. I appealed decision 4/12 2013 and have heard nothing. Totally ignored by this rip off company. Told at pick up to put it all in a pile and burn it. SERIOUSLY BAD COMPANY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Lies, lies, lies, all lies!!!
