Totally lied to me sent false letters to me rewording what they told me on phone

I spent a night at this hotel the room was filty mess ceiling blocks gone in bathroom all you see was concreate. Burn holes in shower curtian no ashtray no cups then got into the bed and was scratching come to see by my eyes was fleas in the bed come to find out they let pets stay in there rooms, told front desk they thought it was funny. Called manger told me i would get a free suite on my next visit so made reservations got to hotel they tried to say it was an upgrade from regular room not free to suite and i had to pay 89.00 for it.

So i told him no way want my money back from first visit he told me he won, t refund nothing. People never stay here they got bugs in rooms and filty not clea at all. If you want a good night sleep do not go here rates terriable high for dirty rooms and they treat you nasty. Im going to go after them till i get my money back.
