Budget hotel review

On 04-08-11 and 04-19-11 i had reservations at budgetel inns and suite in san antonio, texas my check in was great easy and quick but once we got to the rooms 2 out of 4 rooms had blood stains on bed and pillows i told the front desks the the gentleman just looked at me with no answer and didnt know what to say i ask for him to go to the room and see and said no it ok, so i had my relative stay in the other room we kind of work it out with the two to other rooms that we had we were tyed from driving from dallas to san antonio 6 hour on the road with kids, we just wanted to rest.in the moring i whent to front desk and told another person that was there what happen that i need it to cancel two rooms because the the blood stains so he told me that he couldnt cancel because they bill hotelplanner.com not me that i need it to cancel thru hotelplanner.com i ask him for a receipt or a letter hea paper with a confirmation number or something that shows that i cancel the rooms he wrote down res. I.D. For rooms and my relative had to stay across the street because of the stains that moring we left to sea world around 10:00am we came back around 11pm and our rooms were not made no towels no and the beds were in the same conditions as we left them that moring i felt like shit!!! Because i book thats rooms i had always gone thru red roof and hotels.com but wanted to try something different and boy i sure got something different. Also the picture provide it to hotelplanner.com not even the same as when you are there the hotel had two elevators one broken no ac on lobby or on the waiting area there were alot of cracks on all wall in rooms and bathrooms were worst than any motel or hotel i have ever stayed in!!! And now that i am trying to let customer services know what happen looks like you all dont belive me but i got plenty of wittness to the stains and how bad the budgetel inns and suite was.
