Poor airlines service - poor flight

We did not depart from our JFK flight that was originally scheduled at 5:10 until around 6:40 or so. FLight 12 was not on a list for bad weather last week on 5/11. We were rushed to sit down to approach for departure and then not updated at all by flight personnel including the pilot.
