Unauthorized charges to credit card and refusal to accept returns as guaranteed

This company goes under several different online names. Their product "hoodiastar" is charged to my credit card account without my authorization. When i called them they were nasty and rude and threatening. They would not give me the name of the owner or their own name. They insisted that the order placed was legitimate and no credit would be considered, even if the package was refused or unauthorized charge was made.in addition, they threatened to continue sending other products made by them to my address and charged to my credit card account.

This company needs to be stopped immediately. Their websites are ambiguous and only when a charge appears on your credit card statement, with their telephone number, are you able to contact them. But that is to no avail.

If someone knows how to stop this company, please advise.
