This is a total scam regarding getting accomodation to a hotel after paying them $70.00 to process the request. I have call many times and only getting a voice mail that they will call me back within 24 to 48 hrs. I mailed out the request form and the check on 11/1, and the check was process my them couple of days after. Since then I am still waiting for them to call me regarding the room request. Still waiting 1/14. Hopefully people don't fall in a scam like this one. Yours truly unhappy customer.
