In reading the Florida Attorney General's office website, Creative Vacation Solutions has been indicted for fraud and could no longer do business as usual.in calling CVS for a refund due to this information, I was told by Erica that they were not indicted and she would not have answered the phone if they weren't open for business. She told me I would never get a refund because they have lawyers to protect them. I spoke with her a few days earlier regarding an apparent lie from Nichole Williams promising a refund if a "current sale" didn't go through. Surprisingly, Nichole didn't return a phone call. I called for five months and she never returned a call. Erica told me my current phone call was "de ja vue" and I wasn't getting a refund. I called the Attorney General's Office and spoke with a real live person and was told there WAS AN INDICTIMENT and told me if I wanted I could put in a consumer complaint, which I did. Not do business with creative vacation solutions!!!
