Ramos IT is not a real company. As the above poster alluded to. If you call the "customer support" number during what they claim to be "normal business" hours, you get an automated recording saying you've called outside of normal business hours. No response to email. Site is clearly a fraud. Hopefully you won't be duped too if you are reading this.
