Best Western Hotel Manager Cindy Ferrante And Desk Staff Rude insulting airconditioning and pool not working abused & mistreated ripoff

On July 12 I rented two rooms at this hotel to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. She had 3 girlfriends in her room with her and I had my son and niece in my room with me. The front desk staff took immediate bad attitude with the teens not allowing them to check out pool sticks for the tables stating you had to be 18.

My daughters friend who was staying with us is 18 and tried to give her drivers license and it was thrown back at her, stating she was not a registered guest. She stated to the young man she was staying with a registered party at the hotel and he told her, while pointing the radio antena in her face F* you, get out our I am calling security.

Right after that I recieve a call from the manager Cindy asking me how many people were in my room and my daughters. As I did not know of the front desk confrontation at this time I was confused by the managers statements that If I was having a party we would be kicked out of the hotel and there had better not be noise or problems.

At this point I was confused and courious about the rude treatment my daughters friend recieved and went down to observe this clerk in action before I approached the desk. I did see this clerk being short and snippy with other guests. I then asked for the manager and he changed his tune a 100%. I addressed the managers cocerns with her and about the problem my daughters friend had. I could tell right away she was going to denfend her staff whether they were right or wrong.

I explained we had no more than the amount of people allowed in each room and I would be there all night.
I had called at 7pm that night to report our air-conditioning was not working in our room. I received attitude from the same young man at the front desk and he clearly was bothered by having to have to get someone come to my room.

Security stopped by to check my air, I found this odd and he said he would have maintenance stop by. At 11:15 I called back to ask were the repair guy was and was told that nothing could be done about it until the morning. I was offered no other room or help. I had to leave my hotel room open to cool off the room and get rid of the humidity in there. I had it open untill after 1: oo am thus allowing me to better keep an eye on the other room of kids also.

The next morning I went to check out and tell the manager of my room problem and she yelled from the back room in front of other guests to the clerk that she was not going to deal with me and I would just have to deal with my problems as she had noise complaints at mid night about my room and she walked away. I refused to sign my charges until she came back and talked to me civilly. I asked her if she had noise complaints why did she not call my room and address them? She had no answer for that other than I should feel lucky she did not kick me out.

I truly believe she is using the noise complaints as a smoke screen because she and her staff dropped the ball and did not want to accept the fact they are at fault for assumed notions about my kids and a non-existant party and failing to take care of repairing my air.

In addition to all this the pool was closed because a kid vomitted in the pool when he started choking on water while in the pool by himself while his parents sat in thier room with the door proped open playing loud music.
Basically we payed for 2 rooms, one that was hot and unbearable and were not able to use the facilities and were treated rudely.

After sending the maintence guy to my room at check out because the manager clearly did not believe me about my air not working she ended up giving me a gift certifacte to come back after the maintenance guy did indeed confirm my air was not working properly. I was theatened, treated rudley and all but called a liar. I paid for that I don't see my self using a certifacte to come back for it all again.
