Fairfield Inn Frankenmuth
Desk clerk was very rude as well as the general manage

My boyfriend and I decided it would be a nice time to head to Frankenmuth, Mi for the weekend of my birthday. Friday night was great and we enjoyed our stay. Around 3pm in the afternoon Saturday whomever had checked in above us either had kids or some very hyper adults. All we could hear was thumping for two hours straight. My boyfriend decided to call down to the front desk to get a new room away from the noise and the front desk lady told him "the noise ordinance is not til ten sir" and he replied that he has never heard of a hotel that was not willing to move someone when this was the case. He then walked down to the desk and the lady ask him if he wanted to move. He simply replied no since it was such a hassle from the beginning and it took him physically walking down there for her to offer. We decided to leave even though we had plans to stay the whole weekend, but before leaving we took down the general managers information. The next day my boyfriend called the general manager "Eric." Eric was very rude to him and didn't believe that his front desk lady would not move us rooms. So I decided to call him myself. He insisted that we were lying and and his front desk clerk had offered us a room. (If this were the case we would have stayed as planned) Instead of being nice about it he rudely stated to me that he knows his front desk clerk offered us a room right away and we were just out to get a discount. I am not at all satisfied with the way this was handled and even when going over the general managers head they told me he had say in everything. Which he should not be in any way a manager. VERY unprofessional and I do not at all recommend this hotel for that reason alone.
