Della Santhakumar Did a Bait and Switch then Did Not Delive

This owner has fraudulent practices. I made 2 payments to them through PayPal totaling $1,539. After the payments were sent the owner became very slow to respond or non-responsive. On 11/16 I called the # they had listed on a previous message to me and the people who answered the phone knew nothing of a house in Florida. I spoke to 2 people at that number. I sent an email message to the seller accusing them of fraud and then they immediately contacted me saying that I would not be able to use the house I had paid for but they might be able to offer me a different house. They were not sure and promised to call the next day. They did not contact me as promised. I sent a message asking for a status and the next day they said they would send the information "shortly." They never sent the information and therefore left me without a place to stay 4 days prior to the arrival date. They baited me along for 6 weeks. They used the bait and switch tactic. They told me I could not have the 3600 sq. Ft. House I paid for (1 week before my travel date) but were going to allow me to stay in a 2500 sq. Ft. House and then still didn't tell me where it was nor gave me an alternative contact in Florida. They refuse to refund my money unless I send them a cancellation letter in writing. However, if I send them a cancellation letter in writing, I forfeit all of the monies paid. I am due a refund because they did not provide what they were supposed to.
