Beware in renting a house through different vacation rentals sites in Florida. This person never refunded us our $1000 security deposit. House was left cleaner than it was found. At one point she did send us a check, but it bounced. She asked us not to re-try that she would send us a new one. Well this is going on 2 months, and no longer do I get any responses from her. $1000 down the drain to what otherwise was a nice vacation. House needed some TLC, but after being there 7 days, it got some and we left it in great shape.
