Tom Coffee AAA Total House (or Home) Service misrepresentation A company to buy homes but didn't follow through, would not keep in contact

Phone # was advertised in paper as a buyer of homes. Called, he came and looked a house. Later, real later, gave offer.

He would not keep in contact, All this has been going on since before Thanksgiving. Called him Last Wed. And left a message, this is the next Mon (01/24/05), and still haven't heard from him. So as of now I have dismissed (gave up on) him and listed my house with a realtor. Had put in a bid on a house, thinking he was buying my house, had to cancel that. Don't think he has the money to be in the business of buying homes. He didn't have money forlarge down payment. He was suppossedly writing up a contract to pay so much a mo. This is where I think he was going to try and do a ripoff and leave me without a house.
