Beware, bad customer service

Traveled 5 hours by plane to their hotel, they mixed up our reservations, gave us rooms near construction when other better rooms were open. They mixed up our dinner reservations as well, in their so called best facility we were ignored the entire dinner and the staff didn't serve us the entire 4 course because they were pressed for time between the next dinner seating. Our group was seperated at different tables refusing to push them together. To make matters extremely worse I ended up sick after that dinner until I arrived all the way home the next day sick on the return 5 hour flight AND they mixed up our transportation to the airport telling us transportation would be provided for free and we ended up waiting an hour with luggage in hand while they figured out who would take us meanwhile we ended up having to pay for our own taxi. After arriving home I sent an email to customer service and they simply told me "Sorry your stomach must be sensitive when traveling abroad" Ignoring all of the rest of my concerns, please try to never use this hotel for your travels, things might turn out nice but if they don't, NO ONE will take the blame or offer any compensation for your experience.
