My group of 35 couples made reservations several months before our arrival, and were required to guarantee that minimum for dinner at the restaurant. Even so, the restaurant manager failed to adequately staff up for our group, and as a result we waited over 2.5 hours to be served. Some in our group never did get served and ended up having to go to Denny's across the street for dinner. When I approached the manager, he was extremely rude and told me "he didn't expect us to all be seated at once". His rudeness was unacceptable. Later my wife and I wanted to use the jacuzzi, but the tempurature was so hot that nobody could use it. When asking the grounds attendant to turn it down, he also was rude and refused, saying State law required the temperature to be that high.
