Traveling & Tourism

I visited to EconoLodge (OH430) in Worthington, OH to get a senior school wrestling event on 3/5/09. Two areas were reserved from the group manager. Upon sign in, I required to arrange my very own space whilst the resort was vacant and that I desired to utilize my AAA discount. The worker assured me I'd the cheapest rate available—less than the AAA price. Upon check-out, I had been astonished to determine that my CREDIT have been cost increase the daily room rate and much more than increase the AAA price. The worker wouldn't provide me her title or perhaps a space bill. She'd just create her initials ("BR") on my CREDIT bill. I've approached customer support to no avail. I obtained an application notice apology by e-mail resolved to "Dear %." Within the notice, the overall director, Bob Patel, stated it'd not occur with potential clients. I also obtained $50 in Econoldge deals that we don't have any use for.

I'd prefer to be repaid for that $100 that I had been intentionally overcharged.
