In 2/08, I arranged a visit to Illinois, remained in a resort for seven days. I had been guaranteed the cheapest and greatest price available without any reimbursement. I had been charged for $105.00 per evening and resort wasn't excellent, but used to donot actually worry about that. I examined using the desk worker to determine if my space was prepaid and was informed it had been for $634.00 and that I wouldn't owe something on checkout. That involves $89.00 per night. I had been informed they do not have areas for $105 a and also the $89 may be the normal price, also during Super Bowl week.

I sent Expedia about that, return e-mail explained the resort wasn't approved to inform me areas were $89 plus they wouldn't return the distinction. The $89 price was for that basic public and never for me personally, I believe I'm area of the public.

Expedia's solution did not create any feeling and that I wish there's an attorney someplace who's discovering a feasible civil suit from the organization.
