I recieved a phone call from a saleslady named Randie Jean asking me if I was interested in a home base business. I replied yes but that I had very little money because of upcomming obligations. She then went on to explain the Travel Business Industry and that more than likely I would recoup my initial pay out in one week. She went on to tell me that 75% of the work is done for me and that they would be people placed under me immediately. I was promise theses vacations as perks for getting into the Business as well as door hangers to advertise my Business. I was turned over to a Mr Richard Miller whos duty it was to convince me of the Bronze Package VIP member. It was his responscibility to convince me to purchase additional leads and that the Company gives gaurantied results. After initial purchase I was to recieve 3 web sites in which I was to pay monthly hosting charges. I was a week late getting started because of W-9 form and invoice agreement had to be faxed back. Unable to get into my back office I decided to call for a progress report. I was told After spending $500.00 for 100 named potential prospects that they only contacted 20 people thus far with no response back. On July 1 I realized after being in this Business for 1 month no check was comming. I told the Bank not to pay any fees to this Company for hosting my web sites.

A day later I recieved an email stating that they could not process my payment of $49.95 for site maintainence. Two days later I contacted Customer Service and inquired about terminating my contract and how to obtain my refund. I was told that my contract stated that I had to have at least 30 names and that I had to keep up my Web Site Maintainence cost. I replied that you people have breached your agreement and that Im already out of $1195.00 and that I could only get back $595.00 and lose $550.00 thats not refundable to me. Needless to say their was a very strong denial that any promises or any guarantees were made no Vacation offers the only thing I recieved was a box of business cards no hangers.
