On or about Jamuary 10th I recieaved a phone call from someone representing jst. He said that the agent representing this area retired and was I still looking for a home business? If yes would I be interested. I asked what the job was about? He said I would get some email leads, a back office, a username, password, to get into the back office on the internet, only $495 to get started. About a week later, someone contacted me from JST saying my leads were ready, which where never really explained, that will be $14,000 dollars. Up to then nobody had said a word about about paying extra for the leads but by then I was overwelmed by the money they said I would make. Every time I mentioned that it was taking to long to see any results, (I was told I would see results almost immediately) they seemed to up the pressure, (calling more & telling me about how much money I was going to make). On the 17th of jan. They faxed me some papers to sign, without thinking I signed them and sent them back. It was about that time I told my wife and right away she told me it was all a big scam, I then tryed to call but I couldn't reach anybody, it was weeks before I was able to reach a live person. It was then that I sent them a letter saying that I wanted my money back and quit the company, I recieved an email from someone I think was named Angala, she said it was too late to get my money back but if I wanted to quit I would have to sign a form she would fax it to me & I was to sign It and fax it back to them, When it came, I read it a lot closer than the others and it said by signing this I agree to no refunds, so I never signed it
The commision check came a couple days later, I sent it back along with the email leads, it came back a week or so later (the check only), I had another unrelated bill come due and since by that time I had already sent in my resignation letter, I thought it was part of my refund.
I don't remember names, it seemed every time I called I talked to a different person. I remember talking to a Frances then the next time I call it was to someone named Betty, then Angela... Plus I never recieved the final briefing of what I was supposed to due and I have nothing to show for this money
