Ripoff, lies to get you into the big money, work at home scam

Business & Finance

Anyone interested in talking with these people, don't do it. I had answered an ad on a job service internet site regarding work at home businesses. Several weeks later, Joe contacted me regarding this opportunity. It sounded great to me.

Joe was willing to drop the price for the three affiliate programs from $299.00 to $199.00 saying that I could pay him back when I started making money. That should have been the first clue. While I was talking with him, I tried to check the business out on this web site, and found a few listings. I mentioned that there was some bad press surounding the company and he asked me if I believed everything I read.

Joe told me that by signing up with this program that for a few dollars to start with, I would get my own coach who would help me drive buyers to my sites. Please note at this point there was no mention that the real cost was going to be huge! So I thought what the heck; he promised a 6 month money back guarantee so I bought in. A week later I recieved some information, which was basic common sense and an invoice and w-
9 form to send back. I didn't send it back.

A week or so later Lisa contacted me to fill me in on all the rest of the information. For them to guarantee buyers to my sites, which had really stupid names and I couldn't figure out why anyone would go to the sites in the first place, it was going to cost me $3900.00, and the price went up from there.

I told Lisa that I didn't have that kind of money, so she was willing to split it - $1950.00 for 6 months. I informed Lisa that in the initial consultation with Joe, that there had been no mention of such high prices for their services. Joe had insinuated that for a few dollars a month they could drive lots of customers to my websites.

I finally told Lisa that I was not interested and wanted my money back because I didn't trust them and felt that they had lied to me. She gave me the customer service number—800-226-3150. When I contacted them, I was immediatly given to Lisa's supervisor, who tried to convince me that I had it all wrong. I insisted that I be refunded because they had been dishonest in their advertising practices. He finally gave in and hung up the phone one me.

As of today, my credit card had been fully refunded. Don't give into their fast paced sales pitch, it's all a lie. Do try to contact the customer service number to get satisfaction. I have noticed that since I first checked on this company a month ago, the number of complaints have tripled. Buyer beware!!!
