I invested 598.00 as a home business and materials and help from them and could cancel in 60 days if not happy. Never got any materials and now told cannot get my money back

Was contacted by TV Travel to invest some money as a home business to make extra money. They would help me and send me business cards and materials to get started. I allowed them to charge 598.00 that I was told would be refund to me in 60 days if I was not happy. Now I never recieved any business cards or materials from them and being told now that I cannot get my money back. I have contact them several times e-mail and by phone only for them to want more money and will not discuss refunding my money.
