May 27 ordered from the store 3 air release gauges for sand filters, totaling $283.67. The check cleared the bank May 29th.
Casa Grande Leslie's Pool Supplies saleslady said by ordering before noon, should be 2-3 days. Called 5-28, said delayed 1 day, should have Monday 1st.
Called 6-4th, arrogantMgr. Asked if I'm next to California, why did I order from his store. I said because we also manage a RV resort in his town and was going to do business with him.
I want to know if ordered, I would like tracking number. He now says he has one in his store and will contact other stores see if have. What happened to the order that he is tracing?
My problem now it seems customer service at the main office cannot return a call. Cannot give out the name of a person over the manager of CG store.

I have 3 pools that need the filters running. I need the parts or the money returned immediately. Or best yet, let me talk with a Vice President or CEO.
